Beirut, January 11, 2016 – Carole Issa gives a masterclass on how to successfully set and achieve your goals for 2016 to a room full of designers, project managers, musicians and entrepreneurs keen on kick-starting their new year with a strategy to set and maintain their goals.
Carole advises to set specific objectives that are sensibly achievable to you, yet, drive you beyond your comfort zone. Carole talks about the notion of expanding your comfort zone, rather than getting out of it, since the latter feels that you can always withdraw back to it whenever things get hard.
Another strategy that Carole suggests to keep your goals in check is getting an accountability partner – someone with whom you can check in frequently that can help you keep track of your progress.
Carole also added that while being in Beirut, she was thrilled to grab this wonderful opportunity to deliver at Berytech the master class to such an amazing group of committed entrepreneurs. She found it so refreshing to see how enthusiastic and eager the participants were in learning how to succeed in the world of entrepreneurship.
