Sales Consultancy: They operate as process consultants, moving shoulder to shoulder with our clients, addressing the macro, process and people level.
1. Macro: They facilitate in building sales organizations from sales strategies, sales plans, analyzing market segmentation, reducing sales cycles, re-engineering sales structure and size, and drawing accurate forecasts.
2. Process: They follow on the process level by setting and mapping a structured standardized selling methodology that bridge the gap between top performers and the other sales individuals. We further develop all guidelines, tools, maps, and frameworks salespeople need when it really counts.
