Christiane is responsible for developing, driving and implementing regional strategies through collaboration to ensure optimal functioning of local Marketing and Sales teams across associated departments of Medical, Market Access and Regulatory. With a team of brand managers led the portfolio of 3 important therapeutic lines.
• Influenced regional strategy and ensured resources were deployed appropriately across the cluster to achieve objectives aligned to the culture and Credo of J&J.
• Co-led change management within the organization, introduced a cross-functional team work model which increased collaboration and alignment within the cluster regional & local teams.
• Led the rationalization of the Heritage Brands through collaboration with regional and market teams. Combined the strategic delisting and divesting with the introduction of new packs and commercial policies which optimized resources and improved portfolio P&L.
• Coached the Product Managers to lead their cross-functional teams and develop Brand strategies that achieved business objectives.
