About the Speaker:
Romain Di Vozzo is an artist and R & D engineer at the National Institute for Computer Science and Automation (INRIA-AVIZ) and associate R & D engineer of the Laboratory of Research in Computer Science (HCC) at the University Paris Saclay. He studied digital manufacturing at the Fab Academy under Neil Gershenfeld’s (Center for Bits and Atoms / MIT, USA) and Anna Kaziunas France’s leadership in 2012 at AS220 Fablab in Providence (USA) where he was also an artist in residence. In 2013, he joined the AVIZ team at INRIA to launch and run Fablab Digiscope, a digital production facility dedicated to research where he became a Fab Academy Instructor. Romain is aussi a Local Community Manager for the open-source 3D printer manufacturer Ultimaker.
