Jessica Ghaoui joined Berytech in May 2015 and is currently working as the Business Development and Programs Manager at the Projects Lab Department. Her role involves working with national and international partners and donors across multiple sectors.
With more than 8 years of experience working in the field of innovation, technology, and entrepreneurship, Jessica made a significant impact in the fields of circular economy, sustainable development, and green innovation. Over the years, Jessica has gained a lot of experience in managing conflicting priorities, and deadlines, building partnerships, negotiating, and coming up with creative solutions while designing and implementing project management programs and activities.
During her time at Berytech, she has managed a pool of international experts, organized regional and international events, and designed regional programs funded by the EU covering 7 different countries. She has also supported over 50 social and green entrepreneurs. One of her key objectives is to contribute to the creation of sustainable technology transfer and establish cooperation between industry and Startups/SMEs to increase commercialization opportunities and innovation-driven growth.
