They promote accelerated business growth and long-term strategic partnerships to their customers via science-based, results-oriented solutions.
Startup Experience:
“We applied to the Agrytech Accelerator Program to turn our scientific skills into a successful business and have the right business support. We hope to transform the food and cosmetic industry in Lebanon into a scientific-based, transparent and sustainable business.
During the program we have segmented our market, determined who to target as clients, created a well-defined business plan, and negotiated with potential clients. We would consider our key success factors are our expertise and good reputation.
One of our proudest achievements is registering our company as it enhances the reputation and awareness of our business, it is also important for any future dealings with potential clients.
We witnessed certain challenges during the economic crisis and COVID-19 such as the price of the materials increased drastically, especially the products imported from abroad, delays in implementation due to lack of material access, and long research processes. In addition, the increase in price inflation obliged investors to create enterprises to supply subsite products, this encouraged us to shift to consulting organizations, and fulfill the need in the market with our research and advisory.
We overcame these challenges by being aware of every step we take during the research process, gave a clear explanation of the problem we’re solving, kept in touch with our clients for any changes or delays, and negotiated with the clients to bring forward a sustainable and valid solution.
By the end of the program, we hope to start running our business and build potential clients regionally and most importantly internationally.”
