🌱 About Cluster Elevate 3.0

The Cluster Elevate 3.0 – Greening ClustersΒ is a 3-day online program designed to help MENA clusters and their members accelerate their green transition through expert-led training, tailored workshops, and targeted matchmaking sessions.

Building on the success of previous Cluster Elevate editions, this online academy focuses on mobilizing expertise, partnerships, and financing to turn sustainability strategies into actionable green projects.

Participants will gain the knowledge and tools to:

  • Understand the challenges and opportunities of the green transition in MENA,
  • Access available financing programs and donors,
  • Develop and pitch their green transition projects to potential partners and funders.

Participants: 15 to 20 cluster members and SMEs from the MENA region and experts.

Eligibility
Criteria

Who can apply:

  • Cluster organizations headquartered in
    Lebanon, Palestine, Jordan, Egypt, Algeria, Tunisia, or Morocco

  • Clusters operating in sectors including:
    Manufacturing, Agrifood, ICT, Creative Industries, Traditional Industries, Engineering, Green & Clean Tech

  • Active management structure and strategic interest in sustainability

  • Commitment to participate fully in the 3-day academy

Selection
Criteria

  • Up to 2 representatives per cluster

  • Representation balance across countries and sectors

  • Demonstrated motivation and readiness to adopt sustainability practices

  • Clear cluster mission and identified sustainability-related challenges or goals

Academy Goals

By participating in this academy, more than 15 cluster managers and board members representing 5 clusters from the South Med region (Lebanon, Palestine, Jordan, Egypt, Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco) will be better equipped with knowledge and tools to understand and map their value chains, identify opportunities, and build strategies to attract new members, improve sectoral efficiency, diversify their service offering and increase the competitiveness of their members.
