Join the second edition of the EuroMed Clusters Forward Academy, a three-day in-person training program designed to help clusters in the South Mediterranean region expand their market reach, build strategic partnerships, and enhance their visibility. Organized by Berytech as part of the EuroMed Clusters Forward project, the academy supports the long-term growth of high-impact clusters across the region.

About the Cluster Elevate Academy

Cluster Elevate is a 3-day in-person academy designed for up to 8 clusters from the South Mediterranean region. It focuses on helping cluster managers and board members strengthen their market access strategies, develop business opportunities, and build regional and international partnerships. 

Participants will engage in expert-led workshops, field visits, and B2B matchmaking sessions aimed at practical growth and visibility. 

🎯 90% of participation costs—including travel ✈️, accommodation 🏨, and training 📚—are covered by Berytech.

Eligibility
Criteria

Who can apply:

  • Cluster organizations based in Lebanon, Palestine, Jordan, Egypt, Algeria, Tunisia, or Morocco
  • Clusters focusing on Industries across : Primary & Food Industries, Traditional Industries, ICT & Mid Tech, Healthcare, Logistics, Green Sectors Engineering & Construction sectors.
  • Registered on the ECCP platform
  • Have a clear mission, active management team, and defined business development or partnership challenges
  • Able to commit to full participation throughout the 3-day program

Selection
Criteria

  • Up to 2 participants per cluster (senior management and board members)
  • Sectoral and geographical balance
  • Demonstrated readiness to scale and pursue new markets
  • Clear articulation of challenges and expectations 

Academy Goals

By participating in this academy, more than 15 cluster managers and board members representing 5 clusters from the South Med region (Lebanon, Palestine, Jordan, Egypt, Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco) will be better equipped with knowledge and tools to understand and map their value chains, identify opportunities, and build strategies to attract new members, improve sectoral efficiency, diversify their service offering and increase the competitiveness of their members.
