Join the EuroMed Clusters Forward Academy, a three-day in-person training program designed to help clusters in the South Mediterranean region strengthen their financial strategies and ensure long-term sustainability. This academy is organized by Berytech in collaboration with the Economic Research Forum (ERF) as part of the EuroMed Cluster Forward project.

It’s an intensive program offering up to 6 clusters the tools to build solid financial plans, monetize services, and plan for long-term growth. Over 15 Cluster Managers and Board Members – from 6 different clusters, will benefit from up to 24 hours of expert-led sessions, field visits, and inter-cluster collaboration and networking, focusing on financial management, resource optimization, and sustainable business models.
Berytech will cover all travel, accommodation, and training costs for participants.

By participating in this academy, more than 15 cluster managers and board members representing 5 clusters from the South Med region (Lebanon, Palestine, Jordan, Egypt, Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco) will be better equipped with knowledge and tools to understand and map their value chains, identify opportunities, and build strategies to attract new members, improve sectoral efficiency, diversify their service offering and increase the competitiveness of their members.
Berytech is the implementing partner in Lebanon of EuroMed Clusters Forward (ECF) which is funded by the European Union and coordinated by Anima Investment Network with three implementing partners and nine affiliates from the Euromed region.
ECF is a 4-year project that aims at fostering cluster excellence, promoting inclusive innovation, enhancing sustainable growth, driving economic diversification, and boosting employment in the Euromed region.
