ABOUT THE TRAINER: Dr. Mark Young is a former McKinsey consultant and Partner at Price Waterhouse Corporate Finance, also trade negotiator with the US government, now in charge of his company Rational Games, Inc. in Cambridge, Massachusetts. He uses playful methods to teach negotiation to serious people.
