Senior Social media/Marketing Coordinator

– Plan and execute all social media and marketing campaings

– Design, build and maintain our social media presence

– Develop and expand community and/or blogger outreach efforts.

– Oversee design (ie: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, and blog)

– Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

– Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

– Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

– Collaborate internally & externally on issues related to community management

– Evaluate the right influencers based on metrics such as # of followers, Brand Affinity (expertise and credibility), Strength of Relationship with Followers, etc.

– Contact, negotiate, and close deals with influencers for promotional collaborations such as posts, campaigns, brand mentioning, etc

– Coming up with the right posts for each influencer/product

– Monitor the traction, traffic, followers from each influencers to determine the best ones in terms of traction/conversion versus fees invested

– Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners such as PR agencies
