You will work closely with healthcare professionals as a liaison, provide product or service information, and resolve any issues our customers might face with diligence, urgency, and accuracy. Your objective is to make sure you provide excellent service and maintain a satisfied customer.

  • Effectively manage incoming calls either online or by phone.
  • Generate sales leads
  • Build a trust and honest relationship with customers through open and interactive communications
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Handle customer complaints and make sure complaints are properly escalated and resolved
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

  • Proven customer support and experience
  • Strong phone or online contact handling skills
  • Customer centered and ability to respond to various types of customer characters
  • Excellent communication skills
