Overview
We are looking for Engineers with the experience of developing, customizing and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 (on-premise/online) solutions, Business Reports and IVR applications with Call Center applications using the technical skills specified below.
- Responsible to collect the business requirements and inputs required to integrate customer CRM solutions (MS Dynamics, Salesforce.com, Seibel, etc…) with contact center solution.
- Responsible to collect the business requirements and inputs to develop and customize the business reports and the IVR applications with the contact center solutions.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Collaborate with customers to gather the requirements about Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
- Analyze requirements to develop, customize and integrate the Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
- Maintain/Modify existing application code, SQL Server database and workflows scripts.
- Work with users to develop custom processes and respond to problems/questions.
- Design and build system integration based on customers’ requirements.
- Dynamics 365 and Call Center Development based on .Net Framework
Qualifications
- University degree, preferably in computer science /Software Engineering or equivalent knowledge and skills acquired through training and experience
- 3- 5 years relevant experience
- Strong Customer facing skills
- Strong development expertise and background knowledge
- Application development – C#, ASP.net, JavaScript, JQuery, XML, VXML, PL/SQL and MS SQL queries and reports building are a must.
- Web service development and integration with CRM solutions (MS Dynamics, Salesforce.com, Seibel, etc.)
- Demonstrated depth of business knowledge and technical expertise
The below skills are a good plus:
- Contact Center Reports development and customization using MS SQL (is a plus)
- IVR application development using VXML and integrating with DB
- Basic knowledge and understanding of PBX, IVR, CTI, SIP, RTP, SDP and unified communications.
- Demonstrated ability to function effectively in cross-functional teams across multiple business areas
