Overview

We are looking for Engineers with the experience of developing, customizing and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 (on-premise/online) solutions, Business Reports and IVR applications with Call Center applications using the technical skills specified below.

  • Responsible to collect the business requirements and inputs required to integrate customer CRM solutions (MS Dynamics, Salesforce.com, Seibel, etc…) with contact center solution.
  • Responsible to collect the business requirements and inputs to develop and customize the business reports and the IVR applications with the contact center solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Collaborate with customers to gather the requirements about Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
  • Analyze requirements to develop, customize and integrate the Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
  • Maintain/Modify existing application code, SQL Server database and workflows scripts.
  • Work with users to develop custom processes and respond to problems/questions.
  • Design and build system integration based on customers’ requirements.
  • Dynamics 365 and Call Center Development based on .Net Framework

 

Qualifications

  • University degree, preferably in computer science /Software Engineering or equivalent knowledge and skills acquired through training and experience
  • 3- 5 years relevant experience
  • Strong Customer facing skills
  • Strong development expertise and background knowledge
  • Application development – C#, ASP.net, JavaScript, JQuery, XML, VXML, PL/SQL and MS SQL queries and reports building are a must.
  • Web service development and integration with CRM solutions (MS Dynamics, Salesforce.com, Seibel, etc.)
  • Demonstrated depth of business knowledge and technical expertise

 

The below skills are a good plus:

  • Contact Center Reports development and customization using MS SQL (is a plus)
  • IVR application development using VXML and integrating with DB
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of PBX, IVR, CTI, SIP, RTP, SDP and unified communications.
  • Demonstrated ability to function effectively in cross-functional teams across multiple business areas
