Overview

Ecosystem Engagement & Programs Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the implementation and growth of programs under the Innovation Hub.

The role is designed as a hybrid between program coordination and ecosystem engagement, with a strong emphasis on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and bringing value into the programs (Agrytech, Clyntech, and related initiatives).

This is a highly dynamic, external-facing role that requires a proactive mindset, strong networking capabilities, and the ability to translate ecosystem connections into concrete collaborations, partnerships, and program opportunities.

The position contributes to the success of the programs by ensuring smooth implementation while actively strengthening partnerships, expanding the ecosystem, and identifying opportunities.

SCOPE OF WORK

Your key responsibilities and accountabilities will include:

Ecosystem Partnerships and Networking

  • Actively identify, initiate, and develop partnerships with ecosystem stakeholders including incubators, accelerators, experts, corporates, and support organizations.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key actors in the innovation ecosystem.
  • Act as a connector between Berytech, startups, and ecosystem stakeholders to unlock collaboration opportunities.
  • Represent Berytech in ecosystem events and networking activities and events.
  • Proactively engage with the ecosystem to expand Berytech’s network and visibility.

Opportunity Identification and Ecosystem Intelligence

  • Proactively scout and identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations.
  • Track ecosystem trends, initiatives, and emerging players to identify strategic opportunities.
  • Bring in concrete opportunities that can be translated into partnerships, pilots, or new initiatives.
  • Conduct targeted ecosystem research and share actionable insights with the team.
  • Act as an opportunity radar for the team, continuously feeding potential leads and collaborations.

Program Implementation

  • Coordinate and support the implementation of accelerator and innovation program activities within the defined scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Ensure smooth execution by aligning with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate program documentation, activity records, and data within internal management systems.
  • Support reporting activities and contribute to program monitoring and documentation as required by program managers and donors.
  • Maintain a positive, professional image of the organization with all customers and suppliers, internal and external and adhere to all organization policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.

Startup Engagement and Program Support

  • Support communication and follow-up with startups participating in the programs to ensure clarity on program activities, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Coordinate interactions between startups, experts, and mentors as part of program activities.
  • Assist in organizing mentoring sessions, technical clinics, workshops, and training activities.
  • Monitor engagement and escalate challenges when needed.

Event and Community Engagement

  • Support and actively contribute to the organization of program events including demo days, networking sessions, and ecosystem activities.
  • Leverage events as opportunities to build connections and identify partnerships.
  • Contribute to maintaining a strong and positive representation of Berytech across the innovation ecosystem.

 

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Education: Bachelor’s or higher in Business, Economics, Engineering or any other relevant major
  • Experience: At least 4 – 6 years of experience in programs, entrepreneurship support, business development, or ecosystem engagement roles, ideally within an incubator, accelerator, or innovation organization.
  • Language: Fluent in Arabic and English, French is a plus

  • Ecosystem‑Driven Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to represent Berytech clearly, credibly, and thoughtfully with startups, partners, donors, and ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Relationship Building & Trust: Demonstrated ability to build and sustain meaningful relationships, acting as a neutral, reliable connector in line with Berytech’s role as a trusted ecosystem enabler.
  • Organizational Excellence: High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple programs, stakeholders, and deliverables in structured, donor‑driven environments.
  • Opportunity & Impact Orientation: Proactive and resourceful, with a strong instinct for identifying opportunities that add tangible value to startups, programs, and the broader innovation ecosystem.
