Overview

Berytech has a current portfolio of more than 30 pioneer innovation programs ranging from competitions to capacity building, acceleration, incubation, access to finance, access to markets in addition to initiatives to empower ecosystems, on a local and regional scale, in various sectors such as agriculture and food, water, energy, clean technology, green entrepreneurship, and circular economy, and social entrepreneurship, all involving ICT and new technologies.

PROJECT BACKGROUOND

STAND Up! is a project funded by the European Union under the ENI CBC Med Programme focusing on the support to eco-innovative entrepreneurs and enterprises within the textile and clothing sector.

PURPOSE

  • Support “SWAE” a start-up part of the incubation phase of STAND Up! In developing an HR process.

SCOPE OF WORK

  • Building a team.
  • Setting HR objectives.
  • Develop a recruitment plan.
  • Set the roles and responsibilities of each team member.
  • setting compensation and remuneration plan.
  • Job description structure details.

DELIVERABLES 

  • To develop a tool kit and a process for each component with minutes of the meeting and a final report.
