WE4F is a joint international initiative of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), the European Union (EU), the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Government of the Netherlands, Sweden through the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida), and the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). ALVÁTECH is led by a team of professionals each with a proven track record in agronomy, farm and water management, technology development, and global distribution. The company successfully operates in the USA, South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East where we develop solutions inspired by our main mission, which is to provide farmers, agri-associations, NGOs, and governments with advanced, environmentally friendly, and highly effective water treatment solutions.
Following a successful 1st crowdfunding investment round in Europe, ALVÁTECH has expansion plans in the Middle East, Latin America, and the US and therefore in this expansion, they will have to upscale their operations and raise their capacity to absorb investments. They are likely to need another round of capital injection. The selected service provider will work with ALVÁTECH to identify and develop a framework that will help improve the governance foundation. Improved governance is necessary to manage growth and raise investment. The service provider would enhance the firm capacity to raise and absorb investments and identify suitable finance modalities and funds to the firm positioning.
The selected service provider support must ensure that ALVÁTECH has all the pre-requisite information, documentation, and other due diligence checklist items (company’s structure, legal documents, key personnel, employment contracts, vendors, clients, financials, IPs, etc.) necessary for presenting a good governance case and present a transparent stance to possible investors. The support must be delivered in the form of a comprehensive action plan including timelines, documentation, roles and responsibilities, and risk assessment.
The selected service provider will familiarize itself to the extent it deems appropriate with the Firm’s business strategy, operations, and financial situation both historically and projected.
