As a Junior Account Manager, you will be contributing to the development of all sales aspects in the assigned accounts. You will be assisting in managing all sales activities and maximizing profitability and growth in line with the company vision and values, establishing plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the assigned area.
- Gathering information on assigned customers.
- Contacting customers to understand their requirements and working on a sales plan.
- Providing after‐sales support to retain customers.
- Acting as a point of contact with existing customers, answering their queries, and increasing customer satisfaction.
- Coordinating with senior account managers to create customized sales plans for key customers.
- Preparing action plans with senior account managers to generate sales leads and prospects effectively.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
- Updating the CRM daily.
- Maintaining accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted.
- Creating proposal presentations.
- Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
- Demonstrating the ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
Skills and Experience
- Having an IT infrastructure, software applications, and managed services background is preferable.
- 2‐3 years of experience in a sales environment will be advantageous.
- Ability to penetrate new accounts.
- Good understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
- Having a strong sense of purpose and drive to take the necessary action to help close a deal.
- Fluency in English & Arabic language.
