Junior Graphic Designer

Overview

Berytech is looking to hire a Junior Graphic Designer. The Junior Graphic Designer will be joining a creative and dynamic team. They will have the opportunity to lead and develop a team while ensuring that the company’s designs are visually appealing and align with overall company branding and marketing efforts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & JOB TASKS

• Assist and create visual designs for print and digital media.
• Collaborate with the design team on branding, marketing materials, and website design.
• Help create and maintain design guidelines and standards.
• Assist in the management of image and design assets.
• Edit and produce short videos.
• Contribute and overview events designed to abide by Berytech’s guidelines.
• Amend designs after receiving feedback.
• Prepare files for print and digital distribution.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.

EDUCATION & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience with video editing and motion graphics.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Portfolio showcasing design skills in print and digital media.
• Basic knowledge in HTML and CSS is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of design principles and typography.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.
• Fluency in ideas and content creation.
• Strong attention to detail.
