Overview

Call for Consultancy

Berytech’s mission, through its Accelerator Programs, is to nurture and grow disruptive ideas, proof of concepts, and prototypes that share three common characteristics: 1) a disruptive scientific or technological focus in the Cleantech sector, 2) the possibility to scale beyond the local market, and 3) the potential to create sustainable job opportunities locally.

 

Scope of work

Berytech seeks an external facilitator for six days of one-on-one clinic sessions that helps entrepreneurs build their pricing strategies. The facilitator will advise companies and share feedback with the management team and the startup founders.

Facilitators may deliver a proposal with amendments to the below, subject to the revision and approval of the Berytech Team.

 

Outcome

Founders will have a draft of their pricing models and develop a pricing hypothesis. Founders can then test their hypothesis with their audience upon launching their product in the market.

 

Deliverables

  • Twelve (12) feedback documents (one per team) for Berytech’s Management on the startups’ status and improvement points
  • Twelve (12) feedback documents for the startups (one per startup) on their Pricing strategies.

 

Qualifications

  • Experience working with early-stage startups

About Berytech

Berytech's ACT Smart Innovation Hub initiative is running over 36 months from September 2019 to August 2022. It includes two accelerator programs (Agrytech and Cleanergy). Through this initiative, Berytech aims to create 200 direct job opportunities and 400 indirect job opportunities with at least 50% linked to youth and 25% linked to women. Berytech is working closely with Academia on converting Intellectual Property (IP) into commercialized solutions. Berytech is also proposing policy reforms and establishing lobbying and coordination structures that will last beyond the lifetime of the program. All the above is done using local and Dutch know-how and expertise throughout the process.
