About the Speaker
Sevag is the Accelerator CTO/Digital Transformation Manager for the ACT Smart Innovation Hub Initiative at Berytech. He graduated with a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from the American University of Beirut (AUB, class of 2010) and pursued a master’s degree with emphasis in mechatronics and robotics, focusing his research on biorobotic locomotion.
He has gained experience as an instructor at AUB, where he has prepared and taught various courses including robotics, mechatronics, control systems, and autonomous mobile robotics. In parallel, Sevag is involved in the local industry, designing and implementing various automation and robotic solutions, including mechanical, electrical, and control subsystems, particularly in the food and plastics manufacturing industries.

The Agrytech Accelerator Program was conceived to make sure Lebanon has the most competitive companies that are sourcing, solving, growing, and transforming food, as well as feeding the world from Lebanon.
