Established in 2018 in Al Abadiyeh, Mount Lebanon, the company’s mission is to create economic opportunities and empower women and girls in rural communities. By providing technical support in food manufacturing and encouraging the development of marketable products for the association’s store in Al Abadiyeh, they contribute to sustainable income for women, enhancing their roles and economic independence. The owner collaborates with women in the community to produce mouneh and pastry items, both in the production facility and sometimes in their homes. They innovate diverse, healthy product options to meet varying market tastes while preserving traditional recipes and methods, maintaining the authentic flavors and food heritage of the region. Their extensive product range includes about 100 items such as mouneh, frozen vegetables, frozen meals, and pastry items made from whole wheat with no added sugar. Their product offerings include tomato paste, pizza sauce, ketchup, chili paste, makdous, stuffed grape leaves, mixed pickles, thyme, sumac, kishk, roasted wheat, peas, artichokes, okra, beets, carrots, cucumbers, pumpkin, green beans, eggplant, and bell peppers, along with a variety of sweets and baked goods available upon request.
