Antonio Khabbaz is a seasoned agri-food engineer and quality management specialist. He holds a Master’s in Agri-Food Engineering and currently serves as Country Director for EUROCERT, as well as Co-Founder of ACE Faction Laboratory. Antonio is a university instructor at the American University of Beirut (AUB), Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (USEK) and Sagesse University (ULS), where he teaches food safety and quality management courses.
An expert in international standards—including ISO 22000, HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001—he also leads FDA-recognized FSPCA (Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance) training and is an accredited quality auditor with Lebanon’s Ministry of Public Health. In addition, Antonio contributes to the development of national standards as a member of technical committees at the Lebanese Standards Institution (LIBNOR).
