With over two decades of experience in structured finance and corporate banking, Edward Melki has led numerous regional transactions in project and acquisition financing, as well as syndicated loans.
He currently serves as Senior Investment Manager at IM Fndng, where he oversees the firm’s full investment lifecycle, including its matching program and thematic funds. His responsibilities span deal sourcing and structuring, validating business models, evaluating investment opportunities, managing portfolio valuations, and identifying and executing exit strategies. He also plays a key role in steering the company’s operations.
Prior to joining IM Fndng, Edward was Head of Structured Finance at Bank Audi, where he built deep expertise in specialized lending for large corporates.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the American University of Beirut and a Master’s in Banking and International Finance from Cass Business School – City University of London.
