Elise Sfeir is the Accelerator Manager at Berytech’s ACT Smart Innovation Hub, where she leads programs supporting early-stage startups developing research and tech-enabled sustainable innovations across various sectors. She collaborates with entrepreneurs, experts, and partners to design and implement regional acceleration initiatives that drive impact, economic resilience, and green growth.
Prior to her current role, Elise managed regional entrepreneurship programs at Berytech, focusing on startup support and cluster development. She began her career in architecture, managing complex, large-scale projects, which informs her strategic and cross-functional management style. She is certified in green business support and scale-up coaching and provides business coaching to guide startups through their validation and growth journeys.
She holds a Master’s in Architecture from the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik (USEK) and pursued a double Master’s in Entrepreneurship and Project Management at the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers (CNAM).
