Fatiha Amiri is a dedicated civil society activist based in Tataouine, with over seven years of experience in sustainable development, just energy transition, and enhancing the resilience of local communities to the challenges of climate change. She currently collaborates on multiple initiatives with the Natural Resources Governance Institute, serving as the primary coordinator for a project executed by the Development Without Borders Association. This project is part of a program supporting short-term environmental initiatives to address climate-related emergencies, funded by the Arab Institute for Human Rights and the Worldwide Fund for Nature through the Voices for Climate Action coalition.
Fatiha holds an applied certificate in network and services management, a qualification that has equipped her with the technical skills needed for the successful management of numerous community projects. Additionally, she is actively involved in several associations and serves as Treasurer for the Association for Development Without Borders in Tataouine. Her expertise extends to digital content creation, photography, and social media management, where she has led awareness campaigns with notable impact. Fatiha is deeply committed to the power of teamwork and effective communication as tools to drive positive and sustainable change in society.
