Francesco Bakhos is a strategic project manager, business consultant, and entrepreneurial coach passionate about innovation, inclusive leadership, and startup development. At SmartESA – ESA Business School, he leads programs that empower high-potential entrepreneurs and strengthen Lebanon’s startup ecosystem through mentorship, capacity building, and resource development.
A Fulbright Scholar, Francesco holds a Master’s in Innovation and Management from Montana State University. His experience spans product development, digital project management, and business consulting across the Middle East, North Africa, and the United States. He also serves on the Youth Advisory Committee of the Embassy of the Netherlands in Lebanon, contributing to national-level youth strategies and inclusion efforts.
Francesco is the creator of the Voices Beyond Borders podcast, and an advocate for diversity, equity, and educational exchange. His work bridges global knowledge with local action, creating lasting impact in the fields of entrepreneurship, innovation, and social development.
