Go Baladi is a new venture leading natural and organic goat dairy, producing authentic and innovative products in a sustainable ecosystem enhancing ecological, social, and economic values of the community.
They produce conventional and certified organic goat dairy products made with local goat milk, Go Baladi products include local essentials such as laban, soft labneh, halloumi, double creme, and milk. Go Baladi started producing kashkaval as an import substitute made from local cow milk.
Go Baladi uses quality ingredients with known sources: wild forage organic milk of goats and Ewes from the Lebanese mountains mainly Sannine, without additives or preservatives. They are certified organic dairy producers in Lebanon based on EU standards and have recently implemented the food safety management system ISO 22000.
