Founded during the COVID-19 lockdown in Jbeil, they began operating from home with minimal resources and have since launched their first prep kitchen retail store. Specializing in sanitizing, cleaning, cutting, and carving over 70 varieties of fruits, vegetables, and frozen legumes, their clientele includes niche supermarkets in the area, as well as home-based and pre-order pickup clients. They are dedicated to promoting healthy eating habits, supporting local agriculture, and simplifying meal preparation by delivering high-quality produce to their customers’ doorsteps. Looking ahead, they envision becoming the preferred destination for individuals and families seeking convenient access to locally sourced fresh produce. Future plans involve establishing additional retail outlets in Beirut, introducing a unique salad bar concept, and expanding into baby food and dried snacks for outdoor enthusiasts. They procure their materials directly from farmers in Akkar, Bekaa, and Keserwan, ensuring freshness and maintaining high standards of quality.
