With eight years of hands-on coaching experience in Lebanon, Joseph Abdayem has built a strong track record in humanitarian coaching, development programming, and organizational capacity building. From leading large-scale emergency response projects to driving social impact through NGOs, startups, and social enterprises, his work has helped transform countless organizations and individuals.

Joseph is not just a consultant and mentor — he is also a strategist and catalyst for change. His expertise spans organizational management, humanitarian principles, project cycle management (PCM), project design, budgeting, advocacy, human rights, and governance and civic engagement. His passion for innovation and supporting entrepreneurs has led him to focus significantly on entrepreneurship and business ideation.

Six years ago, Joseph launched his business idea after three earlier ventures that faced challenging conditions. Today, Thinkers C.C.C. Coffee Shops is now a growing Lebanese brand that has successfully overcome health, security, and economic crises, now operating three fully owned branches in Zahle, Jounieh, and Jbeil. Joseph is also the founder of the DMO HRPC Union Zahle, which focuses on promoting Zahle as a destination for tourism.
