Mr. Kamel J. Alghossainy is a dynamic executive leader with over 16 years of experience across Information Technology, Oil & Gas, Industry 4.0, and deep tech innovation. His career spans corporate and entrepreneurial roles, with a focus on business growth, digital transformation, and operational excellence.
Alghossainy currently serves as CEO of Park Innovation, a mission-oriented organization in Lebanon dedicated to fostering entrepreneurship, advancing digital transformation, and building future-ready skills. Since 2022, he has been steering the organization’s strategic vision, driving innovation-led growth and meaningful community impact.
He is also the Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of International Robotic Tank Solutions (IRTS), a tech startup specializing in robotic solutions for the energy sector. At IRTS, he leads scalable strategy, operations, and global market expansion, positioning the company as a leader in Industry 4.0 innovation.
Alghossainy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and an MBA from Notre Dame University. He is a certified PMP and a Senior Business Strategy Professional, with a proven track record in building high-impact solutions that scale across industries.
