Malak Boukthir is a Tunisian entrepreneur, chemical process engineer, doctoral researcher, and educator. With a strong background in industrial processes and sustainable innovation, she has dedicated her career to creating value from agricultural and food industry by-products. She is the founder and CEO of a pioneering company specializing in waste valorization and the production of alternative animal feed solutions.
Beyond entrepreneurship, Malak is committed to knowledge-sharing and education. She teaches Entrepreneurship and Business Creation at IMSET, inspiring future innovators. She also actively collaborates with research institutions, working on applied R&D to enhance the circular economy in Tunisia.
