Marwa Abou Dayya is the Managing Partner of Beyond Group’s MENA Hub, where she specializes in public sector strategy and human resources. As a co-founding partner, Marwa leads the firm’s Design Unit, overseeing international business development, strategic partnerships, and the creation of innovative solutions to address public sector challenges. Her leadership plays a critical role in aligning the firm’s services with governmental and public institution needs, ensuring impactful and sustainable outcomes.
Marwa’s work focuses on enabling public institutions to transform and modernize through capacity building and tailored program designs. She has been instrumental in leading high-profile projects, including the development of solution designs for the National Action Plan for Jordan’s National Youth Strategy, the Regional Program Development for Diakonia, as well as capacity-building programs for multiple municipalities, international and local organizations across the MENA region. Her contributions to the development of Lebanon’s National Social Protection Framework, National Youth Action Plan, and the National Action Plan for the National Strategy for Older Persons in Lebanon, have further strengthened her reputation as a trusted advisor on public sector reform and social development.
