Director of Sponsored Programs and Technology Transfer at the Office of Research, American University of Beirut (AUB). Oversees the operations of both pre-award and post-award units, ensuring efficient support for sponsored research activities across faculties, centers, and administrative units. Manages the negotiation and execution of Sponsored Research Agreements and Clinical Trial Agreements, within the Faculty of Medicine.

Leads the Technology Transfer Unit, overseeing the entire lifecycle of invention disclosures and managing the university’s patent portfolio to safeguard AUB’s intellectual property rights.

Serves as Title IX Deputy under the Office of the President, providing a confidential and supportive avenue for members of the AUB community who experience discriminatory harassment.

Actively engaged in research on strategic and change management practices in research administration within higher education institutions. Conceived and launched the University Research Grants Administrators Community of Practice (UrCOP)—a collaborative platform under the Office of Research that connects research grants administrators across AUB, fosters cross-unit collaboration, and promotes best practices in research management.

Member of the Lebanon Innovate-Anima Investment Network collaboration academy since 2023.
