I am Mohamad-Chahir Najib, a dedicated legal professional specializing in Public Law and International Humanitarian Law. Currently, I work as a Lawyer Assistant at Talal Al-Fadel Law Firm, where I manage legal files and prepare lawsuits, providing comprehensive support throughout the legal process.
I am also the President and Writer at Dawn of Right Legal Awareness Organization, where I lead initiatives to promote legal awareness and social justice in Lebanon. My experience includes organizing workshops and seminars focused on public advocacy, human rights, and environmental law. I have played a pivotal role in various projects aimed at enhancing community engagement and understanding of legal issues.
In addition to my work in legal practice, I am the CEO and Law Tutor at TUTORS Legal Educational Platform, where I teach law to students from Lebanon and Kuwait. I specialize in preparing students for Bar exams and lead programs on human rights.
Notably, I served as the Official Representative of Lebanon at the Arab Moot Court in Kuwait in 2023. Additionally, I organized a roundtable on Integrated Scientific Solutions for Lebanon’s Waste Crisis in March 2024, bringing together experts and stakeholders to develop actionable strategies for addressing this pressing issue.
I hold a Master’s degree in Public Law and in Strategic and Diplomatic Studies. My commitment to social justice and environmental sustainability drives my work, and I actively engage in initiatives that address these critical areas. I am passionate about using my legal expertise to foster positive change in society.
