Secretary General at the Lebanese Social Enterprises Association

A professional with over 20 years of non-profit management in addition to private sector business development, bringing a strong foundation in green and inclusive development driving community empowerment, sustainability, and economic growth.

Founding member and the current secretary general of the Lebanese Social Enterprises association (LSE) Lebanon’s representative network of social enterprises. Nadim is the Grants and Partnerships Director at arcenciel, Lebanon’s largest independent social enterprise, operating in Sustainable Agriculture, Material valorization, Youth Empowerment, Health and Disability inclusion. Nadim was the Director of Programs and Fundraising at arcenciel when it was awarded “Social Enterprise of the Year” by the Schwab Foundation in 2015 and Champion of the Earth by the United Nations Environment Program in 2022.
Nadim represents arcenciel at the Consultative Group of the Reform, Recovery, and Reconstruction Framework (3RF) led by the World Bank, European Union and the United Nations, and actively participates in consultative groups to support Lebanon’s recovery and reform efforts post-2020.

Nadim worked as Sociologist and Urban Planner at the Town Planning Department of “Solidere”, Beirut’s post war reconstruction operation. He founded “Boomerang” youth leisure club, and managed “Nature at Last” producing shoe lasts for the Shoe making industry in Lebanon.
He is currently the Vice President of the Lebanese Federation of Youth Hostels, Vice President of “Ecolodge” association in Taanayel Bekaa, Board member of “Les Scouts du Liban” Lebanese Scouts Association, and Board member of “La Mutuelle des Anciens Eleves des Ecoles des Frères”.
Nadim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social and Behavioral Sciences with a minor in Biology from the American University of Beirut, a Master of Sciences in Regional and Urban Planning Studies from the London School of Economics and Political Sciences, and a Certificate in International Social Entrepreneurship Program form INSEAD Business School in France.
