Najat Rizk is an award-winning media executive and entrepreneur with a distinguished career spanning the EMEA region. She is the recipient of Harvard’s Michael Porter All World Program Award for two consecutive years and was honored with the Exceptional Women of Excellence award by the Women Economic Forum (WEF). She is also a permanent member and juror at the International Emmy Awards and contributes to leading global media platforms.
Najat has produced over 10,000 hours of acclaimed programming across the Middle East, Europe, and the US. She led major media partnerships with networks in the US, Europe, and the GCC, and founded Firehorse, the region’s first factual entertainment production company. She is also the founder and CEO of TRIARC, a stock footage licensing platform showcasing authentic video content from the Middle East.
Throughout her career, she has launched and managed top-tier TV stations such as Orbit Al Thania and LBCI, and has served as a consultant for broadcasters including DMI, ADM, Al Jazeera Documentary, and Al Jazeera English.
A frequent speaker on entrepreneurship and media at international conferences, Najat is also a vocal advocate for women’s empowerment, inclusion, and ESG-conscious leadership—with a particular focus on increasing the representation of women on corporate boards.
