Nesrine Ziad is a leading figure in Algeria’s innovation ecosystem. She launched the Algeria Startup Challenge, one of the country’s largest startup movements, and currently serves as Programs Director at Leancubator, an innovation hub specializing in the design and implementation of Green & Blue Economy support programs, and a pioneer in deploying open innovation programs.
She is also the co-founder of Soolvit, a company focused on SaaS innovation management tools. Nesrine represents Algeria in the African Women’s Leadership Program and the Programme for Innovative Women in the Arab Region. In recognition of her contributions to the country’s innovation and entrepreneurship landscape, she was honored by the President of Algeria in 2024.
