Nexora is a cleantech startup that transforms post-consumer PET waste into recycled Polyfloss fibers as a sustainable alternative to virgin polyester filling for fashion and furniture industries. Using a low-energy, proprietary process inspired by cotton candy production, it converts locally collected plastic waste into textile-grade fibers with customizable properties. The resulting material is used in products such as jackets, cushions, and upholstery. By operating locally in Lebanon, Nexora reduces import dependency and delivers a scalable circular solution with zero material waste.
