Ralph Sioufi is the co-founder and CEO of ITIOLOGY (S.A.L.), a consultancy and IT Engineering company specializing in Business Process Outsourcing, Paperless conversion, security and automation systems, IT outsourcing, capacity-building, advisory and consulting. Under his leadership, ITIOLOGY has evolved with high customer satisfaction and zero legal issues since inception, in 2005.
Since 2002, Ralph has consulted for numerous institutions, including Data Managers International in Europe, and has managed large-scale digital transformation projects for both European governmental agencies and the private sector, as well as public agencies in the Middle East. His expertise spans managing tenders, pricing, partnerships, digitization operations, and overseeing information system structures for major organizations.
Ralph also served as a board consultant and later CEO of INFOTEHNIKA Bulgaria EOOD, a company providing near-shore support and data processing services. A graduate of the American University of Beirut with a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s in Computer Systems Engineering from Boston University, Ralph has been a member of the Lebanese Order of Engineers since 2001 and the IEEE since 1999.
Fluent in Arabic, French, and English, Ralph is a staunch advocate of teamwork and collaboration, passionately working for a better society and upholding human dignity and freedom.
