Randa holds a Master’s in HR Management, Masters in Organizational Psychology and Bachelor in Business Advertising & Marketing as well as countless certifications like Master NLP Practitioner from USA, Certified Trainer from the UK, Happiness at Work from Denmark and Non-Violent Communication from Italy.
She teaches at top universities: USJ and ALBA and is known for her out-of-the-box approach.
