Randa Farah is an entrepreneur, with a background in Business, HR and Organizational Psychology, and an international trainer / speaker and University Instructor passionate about learning and knowledge-sharing.
She is behind Lebtivity.com the leading events platform in Lebanon founded in 2012.
Also she is the founder of I Have Learned Academy, a space to make people acquire skills often overlooked in traditional education. Driven by curiosity, Randa questioned why learning had to be difficult, leading her to develop a unique approach to personal and professional growth about everything we didn’t learn at school!
With extensive experience in HR across multiple industries, Randa holds three university degrees: HR, Organizational Psychology, and Business Advertising & Marketing, along with certifications in several fields. A certified Trainer from the UK, Happiness at Work Expert from Denmark, Master NLP Practitioner from USA, and trained in Non-Violent Communication and Stress Management among many other topics. Randa is dedicated to supporting individuals’ well-being and self-development in the workplace and beyond.
As a corporate trainer and university instructor at USJ and ALBA, Randa brings a dynamic, interactive approach to her sessions, encouraging creativity, out-of-the-box thinking, and practical learning. An international speaker, Randa has presented at global conferences.
She also won several awards for her contributions to the startup community, particularly through Lebtivity.com, the event platform she founded in Lebanon.
Among which: Femme Francophone Entrepreneur in 2015 with Berytech & AUF and the Award of Resourcefulness by Johnnie Walker in 2017 where she was featured in advertisements and billboards.
She was also featured in various publications like the Top 20 Entrepreneurs of the year by Executive Magazine in 2017, and the #2 most influential entrepreneur in 2016 by Communicate Magazine.
