Reem Bou Abdallah is the Director of Endeavor Lebanon, where she supports high-impact entrepreneurs through mentorship, strategic guidance, and access to a global network.
She brings over 15 years of experience in venture capital, startup advisory, and real estate across Lebanon and Europe.
Reem began her investment career at Middle East Venture Partners, a venture capital fund. She later joined Eureeca – a global equity crowdfunding platform – as Head of Eureeca Lebanon.
Reem also led fundraising efforts, negotiated franchise deals, and improved operational systems for several F&B concepts in Lebanon and is also the Co-Founder of a hospitality and real estate venture in France.
Reem serves as a Board Member of Acsauvel, a nonprofit supporting children and youth with intellectual disabilities.
Reem holds degrees from ESSEC Business School and the American University of Beirut.
