Sallat Al Kheir

Established in 2022 in Hadath Baalbek, they specialize in the production of a variety of white and brown bulgur (fine, coarse, and cracked), chickpeas, and lentils. Additionally, they operate a grain and keshk mill, providing grinding services to farmers and customers, with a strong focus on fulfilling market demands. They are dedicated to supplying high-quality raw materials for food manufacturing, including bulgur used in keshk, kibbeh, and various cooking applications, alongside chickpeas and lentils. Their vision is to lead in the food manufacturing sector for grains and traditional Lebanese preserves (mouneh), expanding their presence in both local and global markets.
