Samer Yahfoufi is one of the Green Entrepreneurship Coaches for the From Innovation to Creation program. He is an experienced business coach and consultant specializing in the food and beverage industry. With over two decades of diverse management experience, Samer has developed and led numerous projects in Lebanon and the Middle East, focusing on business development, operational management, and strategic consulting. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Hotels and Restaurants Management.
Currently, Samer serves as a Business Coach/Consultant with the Lebanese Organization for Studies and Training (LOST) in Baalbeck, Lebanon, where he develops business training curriculums, leads startup projects, and provides crucial support to local farmers, MSMEs, COOPs, and entrepreneurs. His role involves enhancing the profitability and sustainability of agricultural enterprises, promoting community cooperation, and fostering job creation.
Before this, Samer was General Manager at Sahel for catering and meal preparation in Saudi Arabia, where he managed a vast network of convenience stores and catering services, overseeing all aspects of business operations from procurement to customer service. His entrepreneurial spirit also led him to establish and operate Sam’s Resto café and Catering in Beirut.
Samer is fluent in multiple languages including Arabic, English, and French, and is skilled in various technical areas such as HACCP certification, Internal ISO auditing, social media marketing, and computer applications. His commitment to professional growth and development is evident in his ability to adapt and excel in various business environments.
