Tara Arnaout brings over eight years of experience across venture capital, investments, technology, and entrepreneurship. She currently serves as Principal at BY, where she leads the investment team and oversees the full investment and due diligence process. Tara plays an active role in supporting portfolio companies across strategy, business development, financial planning, and future fundraising efforts.
Before rejoining BY, Tara worked in investment banking at SHUAA Capital, where she focused on the firm’s SPAC business. She began her career at BY as an Associate, gaining early exposure to the VC landscape and startup ecosystems.
Tara holds a dual degree from the American University of Beirut, earning a Bachelor’s in Business Administration (Finance concentration) and a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She is also a CFA charterholder.
