Youmna Iskandarani is one of the Green Entrepreneurship Coaches for the From Innovation to Creation program with 10 years of experience in community and livelihood development, refugee support, women and youth empowerment, and enhancement of food security. She is a team leader with extensive experience in designing project proposals. Youmna is a multi-faceted profile positioned to promote the socio-economic growth of SMEs in rural and urban areas from a technical and business perspective.
Youmna is an experienced food safety consultant with a background in quality control management & lead auditing working with private & public sectors, NGOs, and local food associations, in food technology, quality assurance, project management, inspections & audits.
Her recent projects are undertaken as a technical consultant and trainer for AUB Faculty of Agriculture ESDU (Applied Food processing, marketing & Product Development for WFP, UNDP, ENI CBC MED- European Union (post-projects self-sustainability) WEP, PRM concern worldwide.
Youmna’s core competencies are technical training, coworking, rural development, business development, strategic positioning, social entrepreneurs coaching, new product development, and sustainability marketing.
