Ayla’s professional background includes roles within various United Nations organizations, including the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime and ESCWA. She has contributed to projects in diverse areas such as supply chain security, operations, gender equality, labor rights, and communications. These experiences have equipped her with a robust skill set in activity coordination, research, political analysis, project management, and Environmental and Social Governance (ESG) standards.
Ayla is deeply committed to community engagement, focusing on initiatives aimed at combating climate change and fostering equitable societies. She holds a Master of Science in Human Rights and Development, a Master of Arts in Democracy and Human Rights, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Affairs.
