Jana El Khouri is a dynamic project management professional and entrepreneurship enabler with over 12 years of experience across the MENA region. Currently serving as a Partnership and Startup Support Specialist at Berytech, she plays a key role in strengthening collaboration between regional partners and supporting innovative startups under the REAF and IdeaLab programs.
She began her career in Dubai with Marriott International, where she played a key role in the pre-opening of the Renaissance Downtown, the full rebranding of Blue Orange into Mina’s Kitchen at the Westin Mina Seyahi, and the successful planning and execution of large-scale catering events including the IDEX, Dubai Airshow, Rugby 7s, and Coca-Cola Arena engagements. These experiences laid the foundation for her strong project management, operations, and leadership skills.
Her career spans the intersection of business development, organizational transformation, and operational excellence. Before joining Berytech, Jana co-founded GuruHive Consulting, a boutique firm specializing in F&B and SME consulting, where she led projects in concept creation, operations restructuring, and leadership development. She also served as Business Development and E-Learning Manager at Synergy Restaurant Consultants (USA), representing the firm in the MENA region and managing international expansion projects in Ghana, India, and Egypt.
What drives Jana is seeing ideas evolve into tangible, meaningful impact. She is motivated by the process of building, bringing structure to creativity, clarity to vision, and purpose to execution. Guided by a belief in the power of entrepreneurship to create opportunity and change, she is passionate about helping others grow, build resilience, and turn ambition into lasting results.
Jana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from Sagesse Faculty of Hospitality Management, in affiliation with École Hôtelière de Lausanne.
