Joelle Atallah joined Berytech in September 2018 as an advisor in Business and Finance. In her current role, she mentors and coaches the startups in topics mainly related to their overall strategy, financial forecasting and modeling, as well as analysis and company valuation. She prepares them in their investment-readiness journey by helping them develop their investment memorandums, business plans and pitch decks.
She also designs and delivers trainings in various related topics such as market analysis, financial forecasting and analysis, and business plan preparation.
Before joining Berytech, Joelle was a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton and a Finance Specialist at Eli Lilly. With more than a decade of experience in management and financial consulting in the MENA region, she worked on large strategy and implementation projects that aimed to help public and private organizations in finding solutions to their most challenging problems.
Passionate about entrepreneurship and startups, she currently enjoys working with startup founders to help them build a strong foundation for their businesses, optimize their growth, and drive their companies’ bottom line. Analytical at heart, she particularly enjoys brainstorming about strategic matters and leveraging tools and frameworks in order to organize ideas and drive things forward.
Joelle holds a Masters in Economic Analysis from the Barcelona Graduate School of Economics as well as a double degree in Economics and Finance from the American University of Beirut.
She’s passionate about psychology and self-development and is an amateur musician and singer.
