Mohammad Zinaty joined Berytech in August 2024 as a Fab Lab Technician in the Operations Department. In this role, he is responsible for managing and maintaining the fabrication laboratory, ensuring all equipment functions optimally, and assisting in the development of innovative projects. His duties also include providing technical support to entrepreneurs and startups, fostering creativity and innovation in the lab.
Mohammad holds a master’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering from La Sagesse University, class of 2024. His educational journey laid the foundation for his expertise in electrical, mechanical, and control systems, enabling him to excel in complex engineering challenges.
Before joining Berytech, his career journey included industry experience at Dantziguian Hrayr, where he worked on automation systems. This role provided him with a comprehensive understanding of the engineering process and deepened his expertise. Additionally, his entrepreneurial spirit was evident during his academic years, culminating in a final year project that was accepted by the Lebanese Solar Energy Society (LSES).
He is also an active member of the IEEE Lebanon Section, having published two research papers and earned a certificate from the 4th IEEE International Multidisciplinary Conference on Engineering Technology (IMCET) 2023.
Outside of his professional life, Mohammad is deeply connected to nature. Walking while listening to music brings him peace, and time spent by the sea—where fishing offers moments of tranquility and patience—is among his favorite pastimes. His core values include innovation, continuous learning, and contributing to sustainable solutions that positively impact society.
Looking forward, he aspires to expand his expertise in the fields of renewable energy and smart technologies, while continuing to support and mentor young innovators at Berytech. His goal is to blend his technical skills with his passion for sustainability, driving impactful projects that contribute to a better future.
