Nancy Assaf Ashkar joined Berytech in November 2021 as a Business Advisor. With a background in Agricultural Engineering and Food Safety, she has more than 17 years of experience between auditing, technical management, consultancy, quality assurance, communications, trainings, and analysis.
Before joining Berytech, she worked with a certification body. In this role, she was responsible for the development part of the business and the public relations.
Previously, Nancy worked as a Technical Engineering Manager in a public health company. Her role was training and development, quality assurance, systems management and update, risk analysis, audits, managing people, entomology, and technical guidance, in addition to communications management.
Nancy is a graduate of the Lebanese University with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Engineering and a Master in Economics.
A mother of two, Christa and Peter, Nancy is a passionate and positive woman; she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and reading.
